The architects' world
Thousands of well-thought-through designs — finished plans, built once and slumbering in drawers since. Years of experience, precise statics, perfect floor plans — unused.
In drawers around the world lie thousands of fully developed plans by architects — refined over years, built once, then forgotten. tettura brings them back into play.
Thousands of well-thought-through designs — finished plans, built once and slumbering in drawers since. Years of experience, precise statics, perfect floor plans — unused.
Families, investors, developers — all want to build, all face the same task at the start: find a good plan. And either wait long or pay a lot because virtually every design starts from scratch.
We turn the drawer plan into a marketplace listing — and the months-long architect search into one click. The architect gets rewarded for past work, the builder gets immediately what would otherwise have to be redrawn from scratch.
A single-family house plan costs 200 to 600 architect hours. When such a plan is used ten times instead of once, that's thousands of hours freed up for new tasks — and thousands of tons less CO2 in pre-planning. Masterworks need not be reinvented every time.
tettura does not sell plans itself. We are pure intermediaries between architects and builders — with fair 20% commission per transaction. Architects keep 80% of the sale price. Whoever once designed a plan earns from every new realisation.
The DE Building Turbo (October 2025) makes type-approved plans legally particularly simple in BW, BY, BE and HE. Building permit duration from months to weeks. We clearly mark every plan by type-approval status per federal state.
5 languages fully supported (DE, EN, FR, ES, IT). Plan descriptions are translated automatically. An architect from Vienna reaches a family in Madrid — an architect from Milan sells to builders in Berlin.
