Terms of Service

§ 1 Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts brokered via the tettura.com platform between architects and builders.

§ 2 Platform role

tettura is a pure intermediary. Contracts for the purchase of plans are concluded exclusively between the respective architect and the builder.

§ 3 Commission

tettura retains 20% of the sale price as platform commission. Architects receive 80% of the sale price.

§ 4 Licensing

Plans are licensed depending on the chosen license type as single-build, multi-build or exclusive license. The specifics follow the license selected per plan.

§ 5 Right of withdrawal

For digital content the right of withdrawal expires once the download starts, provided the builder has expressly consented.

§ 6 Liability

tettura is not liable for the suitability of plans for a specific building project. Realisation requires local adaptation by an architect.

§ 7 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is [City] to the extent legally permitted.
