Lugano-based Rossi Architettura designs villas for warm locations: white flat-roofed cubes and Mediterranean houses with tiled roofs, always with terrace and pool. For twenty years the practice has worked in Ticino, on Lake Como and on the Riviera, planning to Minergie standard.

We go through the plan together: your plot, budget, change requests and the steps up to the building application.
We adapt position, levels, access and setbacks to your site plan and zoning plan; you receive revised drawings.
We hand over CAD files and construction details and answer your local architect’s questions.

Il muro di sostegno era più alto sul nostro terreno, lo studio ha adattato il progetto in pochi giorni.

Archi, coppi, balaustre: tutto come nelle ville che amiamo. I dettagli costruttivi sono moderni, la casa è efficiente.
Bianco, luminoso, perfetto
Ogni camera con il suo bagno, come volevamo. Le ombre degli sbalzi in legno rendono la casa piacevole anche in agosto.
Sommerküche am Pool
Unter der Pergola essen wir den ganzen Sommer. Der Pflanzplan mit Zypressen war ein netter Bonus.

Progetto completo, ben dettagliato per il pendio. La piscina a sfioro è esattamente come nelle immagini, lo studio Rossi ci ha seguito anche nell'adattamento.
