Kleines Haus mit Charakter
Das Lichtband unter dem First macht den Raum besonders. Den Knick im Dach muss der Dachdecker können.
Danke! Der Knick macht das Haus aus. Viele Dachdeckereien kennen die Form von Scheunenumbauten, fragt dort gezielt nach.
Zwei Haushalte, ein Haus
Meine Eltern wohnen unten, wir oben. Eigene Eingänge, ein Hausanschluss. Genau das hat uns gefehlt.
Das freut mich sehr. Zwei Haushalte unter einem Dach mit eigenen Eingängen war genau die Idee dieses Entwurfs.
Unser Hof, unser Pool
Der geschützte Gartenhof ist das Herz des Hauses. Alles schwellenlos, wir haben an später gedacht.
Ein Haus fürs Alter
Breite Türen, keine Schwellen, bodengleiche Duschen. Und trotzdem sieht es nicht nach Seniorenheim aus, sondern richtig modern.
